		4:00	-	7:30	pm	Sugar art entries to upper level (UL) outside the G&HS entrance. Competitors enter on UL via elevator from parking garage.
Saturday	12-Feb
		9:00	-	9:30	am	Verification of all entries
						Sugar Art Judges meeting
		9:30	-	10:00	am	Tasting Judges meeting
		9:30 am	-	12:00	pm	Sugar Art Judging Begins
		10:00			am	Show Opens
						Tasting Judging Begins
		12:00			pm	Judges break for lunch
		6:00	-	7:00	pm	Sandy Hargrave will be hosting a free Ask the Cake Coach question and answer forum. Theater area of the G&HS.
